To all our Columbia Juniors players - Thank you for your time, your commitment to be part of the Columbia Juniors of 2013. You have made us what we are today, and never let people doubt who you can become - For that we would like to say "Thank you". We would like to wish you all the very best with your new endeavors.

Underclass:
Good luck with your new upcoming season with your school team. Be the best you can be. Always believe in yourself, listen to your parents and never let your friends overtake your family. Keep up your grades and keep your standard high. We will be watching you all, and see you again at tryouts.

Seniors:
Congratulations to all of our class of 2013. Believe in yourself, and don't let a moment of great opportunity pass you by. The road to your dreams might not be paved and can bumpy, but never let that deter you from achieving - just keep your vision toward your destination. And there will be a moment that you will need your family to be with there with you, don't hesitate to look back, because we will always be right there behind you. Never settle for less, and don't let any temptations derail your goals. To all, we would like to wish you a very best in everything you do!

Always Believe

You have the ability
to attain whatever you seek;
within you is every potential
you can imagine.
Always aim higher than
you believe you can reach.
So often, you'll discover
that when your talents
are set free
by your imagination,
you can achieve any goal.
If people offer their
help or wisdom
as you go through life,
accept it gratefully.
You can learn much from those
who have gone before you.
But never be afraid or hesitant
to step off the accepted path
and head off in your own direction
if your heart tells you
that it's the right way for you.
Always believe that you will
ultimately succeed
at whatever you do,
and never forget the value
of persistence, discipline,
and determination.
You are meant to be
whatever you dream
of becoming.

Always Believe in Yourself

Get to know yourself -
what you can do
and what you cannot do -
for only you can make your
life happy

Believe that by working
learning and achieving
you can reach your goals
and be successful

Believe in your own creativity
as a means of expressing
your true feelings

Believe in appreciating life
Be sure to have fun every day
and to enjoy
the beauty in the world

Believe in love
Love your friends
your family
yourself
and your life

Believe in your dreams
and your dreams can become
a reality

Parents:
Thank you for your support for your daughter(s) and Columbia Juniors. It's your participation that helps to make our club a family. Without your support, we would not who we are today - for that - We would like to say... Thank you!

Staff:
Thank you for all you have done for our program and the players. Your time, your dedication, and your commitment to be there for your team is what defined who we are as Columbia Juniors.  At time you might feel unappreciated, but you always try to do your best. Thank you, you rock!

Gracelyn Smith committed to play volleyball this fall for Judson University in Illinois. Congratulations to Grace, and good luck this fall!

With another successful Atomic Summer League season behind us, it's time to catch up on some of our late season news at Columbia. Please excuse the sudden little flurry of news items, and watch for our exciting 2014 season plans to be announced soon!

All three Columbia teams were impressive, but 16-Black was playing very short-handed and still won through. Congratulations everyone!
